**Right to retract**
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can inform the seller of your desire to return the product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal. No reason is necessary to exercise this right.
**Return Conditions**
Returned products must be in their original condition and complete, including all accessories and packaging, to allow their remarketing as new products. Damaged, used, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.
**Return Procedure**
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@sugarocean.fr with your order number, your name and the reason for the return.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and the products must be sent by registered mail.
Proof of deposit with tracking number must be sent by email.
**Refund or Exchange**
Once the returned products are received and verified in accordance with the stipulated conditions, we will provide an exchange (subject to availability) or refund within 30 days. The refund will be made via the payment method originally used.
